Because we offer a wide range of services, from custom software development to subscription-based products like Dawar VPN, our refund policy varies depending on the specific service or product you have purchased.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing our products.

1. Custom Development & IT Services

(Applies to Custom Web Development, Flutter App Development, Custom Software, UI/UX Design, and AI/n8n Automation Setup)

Custom projects require extensive time, planning, and dedicated resources from our IT team. Therefore, refunds for custom development are handled on a milestone basis:

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before any actual design or development work has started, we will issue a full refund of your initial deposit.
  • During Development: Once the project has commenced and initial designs or code have been delivered, the upfront deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the labor and time invested.
  • Milestone Approvals: Payments made for completed and client-approved milestones are strictly non-refundable.
  • Post-Deployment: Once the final product is delivered, deployed to your servers, or published to app stores (Google Play, Amazon, Huawei, etc.), no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

(Applies to Dawar VPN, Jalkai AI, and other SaaS subscriptions)

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Users): For first-time purchases of Dawar VPN or premium tiers of Jalkai AI, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the speed, performance, or service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Renewals: Monthly and annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. You must cancel your subscription before the billing cycle renews to avoid future charges.
  • Violation of Terms: No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., using Dawar VPN for illegal activities).

3. Web Hosting & Domain Registration

  • Domain Registration & Transfers: Domain name registrations and transfers are strictly non-refundable once processed. Once a domain is registered in your name, it belongs to you for the duration of the registration period.
  • Web Hosting: We offer a 14-day refund window for newly purchased web hosting plans. If you are unhappy with our hosting infrastructure, you can request a cancellation and refund within the first 14 days (excluding any domain registration costs).

4. Digital Marketing, SEO & Consulting

(Applies to SEO Services, Social Media Management, Ad Campaigns, and Startup Consulting)

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing, where time, strategy, and third-party resources (like Google or Meta ad spend) are consumed immediately, payments for these services are non-refundable.
  • We guarantee the execution of professional strategies and campaigns, but we cannot guarantee specific financial returns or instant search engine rankings due to the dynamic nature of digital algorithms.

5. Force Majeure

Dawar Network is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors completely outside our control, including but not limited to nationwide internet outages, global cloud provider (AWS/DigitalOcean) failures, or government regulations. Refunds will not be issued for such third-party downtimes.

6. How to Request a Refund

If your purchase falls within the eligible criteria mentioned above, here is how you can request a refund:

  1. Send an email to billing@dawarnetwork.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include your full name, invoice/order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our billing team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
